Making UNCG History
March 28th, 2024 I was invited by the Weatherspoon Art Museum in Greensboro NC to give the first ever student Artist Talk. Of course, Alumni had been asked to give artist talks before but I was still in the UNCG Art history program when approached by the institution for my efforts. I gave a speech as well as displayed my work for the students of Greensboro, UNCG and A&T alike.
In 2023, I was approached by Dr. Jameco McKenzie of NC State to exhibit my paintings and sculptures inside of the Witherspoon Student center (The African American Culture Center).
